Judicial accountability is precisely nothing but the ultimate consequence of the concept of the judicial independence. Hence, judicial independence is more required and more important for me. The present judiciary system should definitely be out of the manipulation coming from varied government sources and political parties. Judges must be chosen according to their merit, skills and previous experiences. Inexperienced ones must be chosen for serving as interns and they must be under the experienced ones.
